There have been several court and FCC rulings earlier this year that have slowed our plans of providing telephone service. Add to that the fact that many members of the community do not consider how many jobs are lost by using out-of-town ISPs, then you realize that growth and technology job creation has not been what we expected. Now there is yet another obstacle that is about to occur and we are asking your help. The large former Bell telephone companies are currently trying to deregulate DSL, which with the rulings earlier this year, could put small town ISPs about of business.
