Bernie Katz, Vice President of Operations for H2O Hospitality LLC., the owner of the Huddle House restaurant in Farmville, believes that service and convenience are important to his customers. He recently proved this when he contacted Kinex about installing a wireless hot spot in the restaurant.

"Mr. Katz wanted a gateway that was simple, did not effect the current connectivity settings of a person's laptop or PDA, and would readily put them online without needing staff support. One of our specialties is wireless, so we put together a configuration that met all of their requirements," according to Kinex President, Jim Garrett.

Farmville has several wi-fi networks that are open to the public, but this is the only one that is a true gateway that takes zero configuration by the user.

"We are very pleased with the power and ease of use of the hot spot. Being able to check email and other Internet related matters without having to go by your office or home is a real convenience. I encourage people to come in and try it," said Katz.
