Kinex and Pure solidify relationship with a merger.
Kinex Networking and Telecom solidified a long working relationship with Pure Internet by recently completing a merger. Kinex will be the name of the new company and there will be very few changes. Economy of scale, remarked, Jim Garrett, President and founder of Kinex Telcom and Networking. It was an advantageous merger for both companies. With the combined assets, we can move forward with a larger customer base, larger revenue stream and a larger talent pool, said Garrett. We expect the merger to be seamless for our clients and expect few real changes except a higher level of service.
