Kinex Sends Volunteer to Help With Katrina Relief
In an effort to help the less fortunate that were devastated by hurricane Katrina, Kinex sponsored one of it's employees for a week in Mississippi, rebuilding damaged roofs.
"It is the least we can do," said a Kinex representative. "Those people have been through a terrible experience and a helping hand goes a long way in solidifying one's faith during times such as these. We initially sent a donation, but that doesn't help a single mother with no insurance and a damaged house and no hope of repairing it. The amount of construction needed to repair roofs in that area could take years and we plan to be a part of that process over the next year or so."
