Sprint Network Routing Outage

On the afternoon of April 3, 2003 Sprint routers had an outage which affected Kinex DSL and Wireless customers. The issue was quickly resolved, and service returned to normal. If you are still having issues, please restart your equipment (usually a router or modem) and then attempt to login to the internet.
