Kinex Offering DSL Broadband in Dillwyn

We have been offering DSL in the Farmville & Hampden-Sydney telephone exchanges for over a year now and have achieved a customer base of well over 120 satisfied business and residential DSL customers. Although the technology is currently only sustainable for 3.4 miles (18,000 ft) from the Sprint Central Offices, we expect the transmission distance to increase as technology advances. We are now processing applications for the DSL customers in the Dillwyn exchange and expect to begin installs the third week of September. Installations will be on a first come, first served basis. We are the only company providing DSL in the Central Virginia area that will design and install inside wireline and wireless networks, firewalls, routers, VPN devices, and many other products and services to meet the technological needs of businesses within the community. We encourage the people of the community to become Kinex customers and support local jobs and technology growth in our community. While other providers bring service into the area remotely and take money out of the community, we provide local services, employ local people and invest back into the community.
