There is a planned outage with Embarq for 11/15/2007. The outage affects the following service areas:

  • All DSL subscribers
  • Wireless subscribers in the Town of Farmville
  • All Web Hosting customers
  • All Email traffic
  • Dial up traffic in Blackstone, Charlotte County, Charlottesville, Lynchburg, Palmyra and Powhatan.

    Work will start at 12 AM on 11/15 and end at approximately 6 AM. Embarq is upgrading hardware in their core routing equipment in Charlottesville, with which we are directly connected.
